On Sunday, February 18, 2018, Technoday had been held at the Head Office of the Faculty of Engineering (KPFT UGM), Universitas Gadjah Mada as one of the series of 72 Year Anniversary of “Hari Pendidikan Tinggi Teknik“. The first session began with a Workshop about “Kuliah Zaman Now di Fakultas Teknik UGM” with Ir. Rovicky Dwi Putrohari, M.Si. (Vice President of Exploration of SAKA Energy Indonesia, Caregiver of Web Dongeng Geologi, alumni of Geological Engineering UGM) and guided by Indira Wibowo (Indonesian Tourism Ambassador 2017, Chemical Engineering UGM alumnus) and Fauzy Habibie Akhyar (President of SPE UGM SC 2017).
The next session is the presentation of each program at the Faculty of Engineering UGM. In the session of Architecture Program, Mr. Dimas Wihardyanto, ST, M.Sc. explained further about the course that will be pursued as an architecture student and fields of work which are open for students with architectural education background.
At 12.00 noon, the workshop session ended. The activity continued with a campus tour. The participants of the workshop seemed enthusiastic and eager to take the next education at Architecture Program of UGM, as evidenced by some questions about the sorrows during the architecture and process students who need to be done to be able to penetrate this study program.
